POSITION PURPOSE:The Move One Destination Consultant is the primary point of contact for the assignee during any destination service.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:Communicate effectively and efficiently to all customers, assignees and/or vendors (i.e. realtors) and manage expectations – always be proactive;Contacting the assignee and clearly explaining the service to be provided and any related procedures and time lines;Encouraging the assignee to visit the Move One City Guide as a valuable pre-arrival resource;Discussing and confirming service needs, interests and requirements with the assignee and establishing the “Service Key”;Conduct orientation and homefinding visits with assignees in the company, or own vehicle.Maintaining consistent contact with the assignee throughout the service;Works closely with coordinator and junior consultantRecording vital service related information in viaRELO daily by completing comments, statuses, time-tracker, costs, and other fields;Providing clear and timely updates and service reports to any local Move One clients for whom they are providing services;Tracking upcoming expiration dates in viaRELO and notifying the appropriate contact (local HR, Lead Consultant, or HQ Regional Coordinator) of any expiration date notices;Immediately notifying their local Lead Consultant and/or their Regional Coordinator of any issues or challenges that may arise during a relocation service and documenting the issues/challenges in viaRELO, and placing the service on alert;Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and awareness of their destination city by reading expat websites and publications;Assisting with any surveys or requests for relocation related information for their destination.Provide excellent Customer Service to ensure customer issues are resolved.Build long term relationships with all new customers, acting with integrity, building trust and cre
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:University degree is preferredA minimum of two years service industry experience in a customer service role is essentialUAE Driving licence is essential and own vehicle preferredMust have strong PC skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.Effective problem-solving and mediation skills.Inquisitiveness and eagerness to continuously develop self on destination city informationSophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients and staff, at all levels)Strong service inclination and customer orientationAbility to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing)Excellent listening skillsTime management skillsStrong attention to detailWORK REQUIREMENTS:Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignmentInteract professionally with other employees, customers and suppliersWork independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
