Strong financial management skills are essential for the role, so are excellent communication skills, and the ability to have a hands-on approach.At least 15 years years of experience in working with listed Groups covering key financial rolesACA/CPA/ACCA Qualified with a background in AuditExperience in working with structured finance related to banking and paymentsExcellent communication skillsExperience working with ERP system such as SAP/OracleLeading the corporate finance teams, overseeing all activities within the departmentManaging budget processes, inclusive of periodic forecasting and ensuring complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting, inclusive of balance sheet controls and financial information interpretation and controlDirecting financial planning and strategyAnalyzing and reporting on financial performanceOverseeing audit and tax functionsDeveloping and implementing accounting policiesPreparing forecasts and comprehensive budgetsTraining accounting staffReviewing departmental budgets.Assessing, managing, and minimizing riskAnalyzing complex financial dataManaging internal controlsSet up KPIs for financial performance
