We are working with one of the region’s largest development luxury real estate companies with a global presence across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and beyond Our client is known for their distinctive and cutting-edge architectural designs, contributing to Dubai's reputation as a global architectural hubWe are working across multiple positions at varying levels and are keen to speak to people who are hands-on, passionate about people and are ready to join a household name here in the region helping to shape and grow their global workforceAs a VP of TA, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the talent acquisition strategy within the organization department. This role is critical for ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent to meet its business objectives and support its growth. The VP of Talent Acquisition will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and will need to be a strong confident character. You will collaborate closely with other department heads and senior leaders. You will need to be hands-on and active with candidates which means helping with any senior-level positions, interviewing potential candidates, and assisting in negotiations. What you will be doing:• Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.• Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability and arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages.• Maintain and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.• Hands-on role in which you will have the opportunity to build outWhat we are looking for:Experience: 5-7 years of recruitment experience across varying industries and verticalsMinimum 2 years experience as VP or equivalent levelConfident, professional, go-getter mentalityExperience hiring across non tech, technical, and executive-level Proven experience sourcing both active and passive candidatesHands-on experience with full-cycle 360 recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKnowledge of ATS (Applicant tracking systems)Establishing robust and resilient relationships with all stakeholders across the business understanding the key business drivers and managing resourcing needs with excellenceOther Information: Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
