Develop, maintain and enhance ADSW’s overall brand awareness and reputation by leading the development and implementation of targeted and innovative marketing plans within the UAE and internationally while ensuring alignment with the Masdar mission, vision and business objectives.Key Accountabilities:
Support in developing and delivering the annual operational business plans and KPIs for the unit and contribute to performance monitoring and reporting for the unit to meet overall objectives.Manage marketing activities and implement leading-practice marketing to create and deliver products and services that communicate and reinforce corporate objectives, attracting stakeholders and global interest while developing positive and lasting customer relationships for Masdar.Develop and manage marketing campaigns, from assembling an RFP document to appointing creative and media buying agencies to launch and measure success using relevant KPIs.Support the development of ADSW materials, including videos, creatives, content and the agenda of ADSW.Contribute to the continuous awareness, ranking and enhancement of the brand, including brand identity, core values, unique selling points, brand guidelines and visuals to ensure a compelling brand that is consistently represented and promoted.Contribute to building Masdar's brand reputation and equity by working on a customer experience program and ensuring that all digital media platforms are leveraged.Support digital communications plans for implementing projects and activities related to the continuous enhancement of ADSW’s presence in digital media to continue building brand awareness and loyalty.Develop project plans and make recommendations based on analysis of outcomes and report findings in order to ensure that ADSW continues to drive stakeholder engagement and gain media coverage.Assist management in evaluating operational scorecard KPIs to ensure the highest level of action.Contribute to recommending and monitoring the unit marketing budget year-long so that the business is aware of areas of unsatisfactory performance against the budget and that performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.Ensure relationships with service-level providers are managed smoothly and effectively to guarantee that Masdar provides quality and timely services per relevant service-level agreements.As and when management requires, personally manage key relationships/negotiations with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the negotiation and agreement of favourable deals and agreements that safeguard Masdar’s best interests while ensuring the delivery of necessary needs/goals.
Skills Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution OR Bachelor’s degree in communications, mass media, marketing or related discipline.10-15 years of experience in senior roles in marketing and events for large events or an equivalent experience.Experience in the UAE, gaining strong knowledge and understanding of local rules, regulations, systems and processes
