With a strong understanding of clinical microbiology, infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship, an Infectious Disease Specialist will need to make the right diagnosis and provide the best course of treatment for the patients.Infectious Disease Specialist | WizeJob Dubai | Apply NowSome of the Responsibilities include:Obtain medical, social and developmental history of patientsPerform physical exams and immunizations on all patientsDiagnose and develop treatment plans with the patient. Management of all acute and chronic illnessesProvide health education and counseling and establish preventive health practicesPrescribes and administers medications or delegates immunization duties to the clinical support staff as allowed by the country and professional guidelinesInitiate laboratory, radiology, and pathology exams and specialty consults as necessaryReview and follow up on incoming reports in a timely mannerExercise judgment in establishing priorities of medical care and consult with and refer to appropriate specialists in regards to high risk or complex patientsAssist with training, orientation and clinical support for new providers, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staffRequirementsMedical DegreeSpecialization Certification with completion of residency trainingBLS and ACLS certificationValid country license to practiceAbility to work collaboratively within a clinical teamDemonstrated professional competence and integrity and ethical conduct of practiceExceptional verbal and written communication skills, and effective conflict resolution skillsPatient focused and committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care and service to all patientsDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
