The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design, configuration, development, documentation and deployment of CRM solutions on the SFDC platform. The solutions encompass the sales, service clouds, and community clouds with multiple integrations, automations and web services. The candidate will own the system and have the vision and passion to bring ADSS to new unchartered technical heights through the SFDC platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, test, and support salesforce CRM using the declarative and programmatic capabilities of the Salesforce Platform
  • Implement and support solutions which include Salesforce in an ecosystem of multiple business-critical systems (cloud and on-prem)
  • Participate and engage in Agile methods, ceremonies and implementation of best practices
  • Analyse and understand abstract use cases or business requirements with the ability to transform them into technical deliverables and provide subject matter expertise to team members and the relevant internal and external stakeholders on complex assignments and relevant projects
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that systems are designed, developed and implemented from a business point of view
  • Serve as the point of contact to resolve any issues raised and develop solutions to resolve them
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of the latest Salesforce features and releases and continually improve learning through Trailhead modules or certifications
  • Internal stakeholders to ensure systems are developed and implemented based on a business point of view
  • Sales team, customer support and marketing to translate business needs into effective tools in Salesforce

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree qualified
  • Certifications (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, ADM201 (Admin), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Agile / SCRUM)
  • 6 to 8 years supporting activities related to Salesforce development on the Salesforce platform
  • Extensive work experience in SFDC and development tools and techniques
  • Experience in Salesforce lightning component development, Lightning design development and integration with enterprise-level applications though all available integration channels as well as Salesforce-to-Salesforce integration
  • Knowledge of major programming languages, development frameworks, architectural and system design patterns, operating systems and software including experience developing AppExchange commercial application
  • Knowledge of the agile development process, Agile/Scrum sprints, UAT test, code review and user stories
