Join us.Marketing Science Measurement TeamThe Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change. TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Partner. This role will primarily partner with leading advertisers and agencies in Central South Asia, Turkiye, and South Africa regions to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform.ResponsibilitiesQualifications
Build & lead the holistic measurement plan for the region via partnering the sales leads and cross-functional teamsPartner primarily with advertisers and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platformFocus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliersExpertise and experience with holistic measurement solutions including multi-cell testing, experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, media mix modeling, causal and inference analysisRelevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferredExceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills are a must
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talentA track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaborationExcellent verbal and written language skills in English are requiredExperience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferredFamiliarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systemsA track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methodsExperience with executing custom analytical work where SQL, HIVE, and R is preferredTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
