The Section Head role is responsible for ensuring all talentdevelopment programs, Performance Management reporting and compliance andCareer Development plans are designed, developed, and implemented, in alignmentwith the strategy for the sector and annual plans.• Provide thoughtful leadership and strategic advice in allareas of Talent Development.• Lead the development and execution of talent developmentstrategy and initiatives that are fit-for purpose, sustainable, address the allthe Organization’s priorities, aligned to its immediate and future needs.• Manage designing, developing, implementing, and measuringlearning and development programs ensuring that all programs are customized tothe organization’s specific requirements to achieve the desired benefits –aligned with the training needs analysis.• Oversee and manage leadership development programs andinterventions for managerial and leadership roles and general careerdevelopment aligned with strategy for the sector.• Manage training activities, ensuring that employeedevelopment needs are met, budgets are respected, and courses are impactful.• Manage an integrated competency framework to setcapability standards in sync with the set objectives to support in ensuringthat people with the right skills are in the right role to succeed.• Oversee the development and implementation of a successionplanning model and tools, ensuring its effectiveness and enabling businesscontinuity for the organization.• Partner with Senior Management to ensure the rightleadership and talent development programs are deployed to address talentshortage in the sector, as applicable, and bridge capability gaps.• Manage the performance management system and tools, inline with leading practices, ensuring performance measures are tangible and theprocess is objective and transparent.• Lead the development and implementation of a successionplanning model and tools, ensuring its effectiveness and enabling businesscontinuity for the business.• Manage and monitor the development and implementation ofspecialized career development programs to ensure Emirati talent is positionedas leaders, particularly in specialized areas.• Evaluate and approve training proposals, analyze coursecontents and Trainer CV’s to ensure that they are meeting organizationrequirements for effective deployment across the desired business units/individual.• The role holder will co-ordinate with organization toensure the Performance Management monitoring and reporting implemented across theorganization is aligned in terms of expectations and timeframes.• The role holder will ensure all new joiners have probationobjectives logged on the applicable system and that reports are provided fortimely closure, prompting, and given the line managers time to ensure employee’sperformance is fairly assessed.• The role holder will ensure and provide the reporting tothe People & Performance Director on the performance cycle and applicablecommunication to ensure each phase is closed in a timely manner.• The role holder will prepare all reports for the year endcalibration sessions and lead on this as and when directed, ensuring timelyfinal submissions to ORGANIZATION, where required.RequirementsQualification• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, BusinessAdministration or equivalent• Master’s degree in human resources, BusinessAdministration or equivalent is preferred.• Certifications in Human Resources are preferred.Experience• 8 years of experience in Human Resource of which at least2 years should be at a managerial level• Language: full professional English and Arabic (speaking, reading,and writing)• Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)• High level of competency in relevant software applications• Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in atimely manner• Ability to quickly integrate with existing businesssoftware tools and knowledge of other relevant industry software• Excellent written and verbal communication skills -including appropriate stakeholder alignment• Evidence of managing Talent Develop Programs, preparingbudgets and Training Needs Analysis necessary#J-18808-Ljbffr
