Job Summary:The HR business partner will lead all HR functions in the assigned Country/Region/Branch to ensure they are aligned with MHC Strategic goals. The HRBP works collaboratively with department heads and managers to implement Corporate HR initiatives and strategic objectives in the location as well as regulatory and HR compliance. They will provide continuous support and advice to promote optimum operations, premium health service delivery, and superior patient experience. This role will also foster a healthy culture of continuous improvement, performance, and healthy employee relations.Duties and ResponsibilitiePartner with HR leadership to understand organizational strategies and goals and support building them.Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and managers, providing guidance and support on HR projects implementation, policies, procedures, and best practices.Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling and escalating to HR Corporate when needed.Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, HR Policies and accreditation standards.Leads the process of Manpower Plan/Budget preparation at the assigned Branch/Region Level and ensures meeting all required criteria and the specified deadlines in coordination & consultation with the Operation Managers & Department Heads in each branch.Lead talent acquisition efforts for the MHC branches, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees as per MHC Policy. Coordinate Medical Staff Hiring & International Hiring with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team as per MHC Policies.Ensures Payroll process is well managed and that the input to payroll corporate function is timely; and proper communication related to Payroll and C&B with all stakeholders is always maintained. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.Minimum five years’ experience in HR Management.Fluency in Arabic, English and using Microsoft programs is essential.knowledge of Labor Law and Regulations in the Country of Operation.knowledge of HR Best Practices.Awareness of National & International Health Care Accreditation Standards is preferred.Excellent communication skills
