Als Teil unseres Steuerberaterteams in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten suchen wir nach passgenauen Lösungen für unsere Mandanten in den Bereichen VAT-Services, Transfer Pricing oder körperschaftssteuerliche Fragestellungen. Beratung von Unternehmen in umsatzsteuerrechtlichen, körperschaftssteuerlichen und dazu betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen aller Art, zum nationalen und internationalen bzw. grenzüberschreitenden Umsatzsteuerrecht
Betreuung anspruchsvoller Mandate bei komplexen Fragestellungen und Projekten
Gestaltung von Verrechnungspreissystemen sowie der steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Neuausrichtung in Zeiten von hoher unternehmerischer Unsicherheit
Begleitung von nationalen und internationalen Betriebsprüfungen, Umsatzsteuer-Sonderprüfungen sowie von Auskunftsersuchen
Klärung rechtlicher Grundsatzfragen im Rahmen gerichtlicher Verfahren vor nationalen und internationalen Gerichten
Begleitung von umsatzsteuerlichen Berichtigungen
Wertschätzende und fachliche Führung des Teams sowie Gewährleistung der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und des Wachstums
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechts- oder Betriebswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit abgeschlossenem Berufsträgerexamen (Steuerberater:in)
Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht sowie mehrjährige fachliche Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Tax
Grundkenntnisse im Bereich VAT sowie imInternational Transfer Pricing
Sehr gutes schriftliches und mündliches Ausdrucksvermögen sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse und MS Office-Kenntnisse
Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie Freude an projektbezogener Teamarbeit, Kommunikationsfreude, hohe Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Mandantenorientierung
