Diverse work environment and cultureAbout Our ClientThe client is a leading private equity firm specializing in renewable energy and impact investments with a mission to drive sustainable growth and create positive social and environmental impact through our investment strategies.Job DescriptionConduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities in the renewable energy and impact investment sectors.Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos to support investment decision-making processes.Assist in the due diligence process, including analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and conducting company-specific research.Collaborate with the deal team to structure and negotiate transactions, including drafting investment documentation, term sheets, and legal agreements.Monitor portfolio companies' performance and prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, fund raising materials, and investor relations activities.Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in renewable energy and impact investments.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a reputable university. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in bulge bracket investment banks or private equity firms, with a focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, power, impact investments, or related sectors.Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in analyzing complex financial data.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is preferred, in addition to English.Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough due diligence and effectively communicate investment recommendations.Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including solar, wind, hydro, and energy storage, is preferred.Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles and impact investing frameworks is a plus.Passion for sustainable investing and making a positive impact on the environment and society.What's on OfferGrowth opportunities in a dynamic and diverse work environment Michael Page International (UAE) Limited, Registration No. 0207 a DIFC registered company.
