Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at alllevels.5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on results and business impact.6. Familiarity with program management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.7. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, andrisk management.8. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.9. Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.10. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.11. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degreepreferred.12. Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification isdesirable.
