Senior Manager – Digital Strategy and Data – UAE National Executive Solutions is now partnering with a leading organization in the UAE hospitality industry to offer unique employment opportunities for the best Emirati talent. This opportunity will help launch or develop a career in hospitality, events and facilities management.Our client is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Strategy and Data, This role will lead all digital marketing activities of the Exhibition Department, primarily through website development, e-marketing, auditing and management, search activation, social media, affiliate and viral marketing. The Senior Digital and Data Strategy Manager will work to develop and implement individual show digital strategies as well as taking responsibility for traffic reporting and analysis, social media, site optimization, SEM & SEO and ensure department policies and procedures are adhered to.The Senior Digital and Data Strategy Manager is responsible to design and implement a CRM program involving the use of technology to attract new and profitable customers, while forming bonds with existing ones. Duties also include managing the analytics, e-Marketing initiatives and data driven market initiatives geared towards bottom-line and top-line event growth.This job requires a minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with experience in developing and rolling out digital marketing strategies in English and Arabic and managing multiple digital marketing efforts across multiple brands/projects.
• Demonstrate expertise across digital marketing channels.• Possess strong strategic and critical thinking skills.• Able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to achieve goals effectively.• Identify and implement appropriate work structures and processes to accomplish goals.• Focus on performance and execution. Carry out initiatives flawlessly through exceptional project management abilities and high quality standards.• Ability to be passionate about understanding the dynamics of influencing customer behaviour and ability to translate those findings into meaningful and prosperous long-term relationships• Ability to drive results and initiatives; possesses persuasive skills to drive strategy, supported by analytical rigor.• Strong Program Management Skills• Strong Stakeholder and Change Management Skills• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills to all levels up to board of directors - Can Present Complex Data in an easily and understood format• Strong knowledge of a wide range of technologies including CRM, Web and Reporting Tools• Strong People Management Skills• Strong Interpersonal Management Skills (working with groups of different interests, persuasive, facilitator, negotiator)• Ability to partner and facilitate discussions with both technical and non-technical business partners• Results and outcome focused, rather than status and role conscious• Committed to personal development
