Job DetailsResponsibilities
7-11 direct reports with a total of 50 staffServes as a key executive leadership team member, primarily focusing on administrative leadership, operational excellence, quality care, patient experience, regulatory issues, insurance payers, compliance, and team development.Work in partnership with the CMO.Drive growth and expansionExperience with Washington State payers Required
Requirements
Dynamic leadership, clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, high personal values, and strategic visionCompassionate and engaging work styleUnderstanding of healthcare operations and payer plans, contracts, etc...Ideally, operations experience in a cancer center or oncology setting with infusion services
