Legal Adviser for African Women (Part-Time) in El-Fujairah, UAEWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Adviser to provide legal guidance and support specifically for African women in El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a part-time position that does not require English proficiency and does not provide accommodation. The ideal candidate will have their own valid visa to work in the UAE.Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and support to African women on various legal matters, including but not limited to employment rights, family law, immigration, and civil rights.- Conduct thorough research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations in both the UAE and African countries.- Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements as needed.- Represent clients in legal proceedings or negotiations when necessary.- Stay updated on any changes or developments in the legal landscape that may affect our clients.- Maintain confidentiality at all times while handling sensitive information.Requirements:- Must have prior experience working as a Legal Adviser or similar role.- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to labor rights, family law, immigration, and civil rights in both the UAE and African countries is required.- Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-native English speakers.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Must have their own valid visa to work in the UAE.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of their nationality.
