Drive the identification process for potential opportunities, sourcing and screening new investments from origination to executionAct as a day-to-day asset manager for portfolio assets, shaping and developing the strategyBuild and manage relationships with current and prospective clientsOversee direct reports to ensure effective and efficient process managementMentoring and developing junior team members, whilst proactively identifying opportunities for both personal and team developments
Who we are looking forExperienced investment professional from a leading investment bank, special opportunities investment team, private equity / special opportunities team or asset management firm. Proven track record leading end-to-end deal origination and execution across the capital structure in complex situations. Deep industry knowledge across a variety of financial instruments. Strong ability to manage, develop, and mentor junior team members.
