Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review project specifications and drawings to determine materials, labor, and equipment needed for bidding purposes.
• Source and obtain competitive bids from vendors and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor and track project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to budget and provide regular updates to project management team.
• Generate and submit price estimates and bids to clients and participate in bid reviews and presentations.
• Coordinate and oversee the procurement process from pre-bid to post-bid phases, including issuing purchase orders and managing subcontractor
• contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and regulations, including adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the procurement process.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree or equivalent degree qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require review, project, specifications, materials, labor, equipment, bidding, source, subcontractors, contractors, procurement, monitor, project management, team, process, purchase, contracts, compliance, policies, procedures, regulations, quality, safety, standards mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 8k to 1k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
