Ensuring SOP and Job plans are strictly followed.Make recommendations for upgrades and training requirements as neededSupports the Technical Manager in managing the On Site Show Technology Team.Other duties as required. Meet divisional goals and metrics & ensure safety, health, and environmental matters are followed and adhered to.Support and manage all events including live shows.Assist in vendor selection and approve all designs ahead of project start up.De-snag all open technical projects from third parties and manage and mitigate all time losses and claims.Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet with Farah Leisure/industry standards.Lead the maintenance activities and distribute work to the team.Assist HR in its recruitment activities.Conduct appraisals for team members and establish and set their KPI’s.
