Their team is composed of dedicated professionals who excel in creating meaningful brand narratives and engaging diverse audiences.Role Summary:The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in leading communications strategies for our client's portfolio of prestigious brands. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex PR campaigns, building strong client relationships, and leading a team towards achieving exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectives.Lead and mentor a team of account executives, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated communications plans.Oversee the creation of press materials, media pitches.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic recommendations.Manage crisis communications and provide strategic counsel to clients in challenging situations.Analyze campaign performance, providing insightful reports to clients and internal stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR agency setting, with a focus on corporate communications.Demonstrated experience in managing and growing client accounts in a competitive environment.Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members.Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.Solid understanding of the media landscape in the UAE and globally.Proven ability to strategize, implement, and oversee successful PR campaigns.Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in digital communications and social media strategy.Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
