You’ll be in a non-advisory developing role whereby you’ll be participating in the client journey while assisting and being mentored by a Senior Associate.This will provide you a clear pathway for further development with the objective of learning the company’s processes and methodology, ensuring positive outcomes. A bias towards action is necessary, as well as the ability to work in a rapidly growing and evolving environment, and possessing a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.In this role, you will:
Play a significant part in the service delivery of positive client outcomes alongside the Senior Associate.Assist with the preparation and delivery of outstanding client-focused financial planning in an efficient and timely manner.Support the Senior Associate in executing the client relationship strategy.Support the Senior Associates in maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving engagement.Ensure that their work undertaken complies with regulatory guidelines issued by the compliance department.Support the Paraplanners with research and analysis for the preparation of personal financial plans and annual progress meetings.Attend annual progress meetings with the Senior Associates.Progress in line with the appropriate career path, including taking the relevant CII/CISI qualifications.Ensure client files are kept up to date with the latest information.
