Project Manager Civil Engineer Arabic Speaker

Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specificationsDeveloping and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and milestonesCoordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goalsCreating and updating project plans considering resource allocation and budget constraintsScheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are metMonitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limitsReviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvementMonitoring the work of engineers to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practicesProviding technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a projectDeveloping project timelines including phases of implementation, completion dates, and milestonesAssisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clientsEnsuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with PMP or IPMA CertificationA minimum of 10 years' site experience in building construction, residential villas, or hotelsAdvanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methodsExpert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standardsUnderstanding of all facets of the construction processFamiliarity with construction management software packagesCompetence in conflict and crisis managementLeadership and human resources management skillsExcellent time and project management skills
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil EngineeringPMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage10 to 17 years' site experience in building construction, palace, residential villas, or hotelsProficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant softwareStrong understanding of construction methods and materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsThorough knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and regulationsWork location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
