This role requires a strategic approach to developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our company's offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in proactively seeking out potential clients and market segments to generate leads. This involves conductingmarket research, identifying target demographics, and analyzing consumer behaviors to pinpoint lucrative opportunities for business expansion. Moreover, they delve deeper into understanding clients' business needs, challenges, and goals through comprehensive analysis and effective communication. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.With 4 years of experience with at least 1-3 years of proven track record/experience in B2B sales or business development rolesStrong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and best practicesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability.Let’s recruit together and find your next colleague.
