To enhance our team in Dubai we are looking for aMedical Science Liaison UAE (f/m/d).YourQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Medical, Pharmacy, Medical Science)Therapeutic area expertise in rare disease product, Hematology or cardiology is highly preferredA talent for building relationships with medical professionals Willingness to travel for field visits with key opinion leaders and stakeholdersStrong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in meeting planning and facilitation Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environmentResults-oriented with strong work ethic and commitment to full compliance with company SOPs, legal and regulatory requirementsWhat Your Day To Day Will Look LikeDeveloping and maintaining peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the field of Hematology, Cardiology & pulmonology, and intensive careDevelop programs to improve health outcomes in partnership with physicians, industry personnel and health departmentsCollaborate with physicians on medical affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, medical education opportunities, training, and speaker developmentServe as scientific peer-to-peer resource to external disease experts and internal stakeholdersSupport the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and product informationTrain internal stakeholders on key scientific and medical topics in company portfolioMaintain effective and appropriate communication among internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with relevant requirementsGenerate tactical territory plans to provide needs based, value-added support of the medical and scientific community in-line with company goalsUses systems to strategically map, identify, profile and prioritize thought leaders in line with the medical plan and goalsLiaising & coordinating medical activities with head office, different departments & medical community within the given territoryMaintain accurate reporting and documentation of all activitiesCoordinating and reporting pharmacovigilance and quality to line manager and LSO’sOur offerA position with personal responsibility and space for creativityOpen corporate culture with the opportunity to bring in your own ideasHighly motivated, agile, and international teamGreat opportunities for personal and professional developmentAttractive work environment with excellent career opportunities and flat hierarchiesCompetitive salary package plus bonus and various benefitsApply for this job.If you would like to work as a team player in an international environment and can identify with our values "Agile, Ambitious, Aligned, Accountable and Appreciative", apply for this job Take your focus when needed and stay connected.
