Be flexible with work schedule.Guest Relations and Engagement: Take the lead in meeting and greeting all arriving and departing guests, monitor group movements, conduct hospitality audits, and manage efficiency in resolving guest cases and concerns.Local Knowledge and Proactive Initiatives: Be familiar with the local area, company offices, shopping malls, and restaurants.
