Consolidation & Sr. Reporting Manager

Job Purpose: Supervising, managing and supporting monthly consolidation close activities for timeliness, accuracy and completeness and ensuring that key financial reports are delivered in a timely manner with appropriate insight and that information is reconciled back to source data.Roles, Responsibilities, Duties: Lead the consolidation process, including oversight of system interfaces with the parent companyResponsible for oversight of all intercompany transactions and processes, including compliance with intercompany transfer pricing agreementsLead quality monthly consolidated reports for senior management and parent companyPartnering with other stakeholders to continue to enhance the monthly reporting package, including providing flux analysis when needed in anticipating executive management reporting needsManage system change requests process and work with Business Application resources to facilitate resolutions on close and reporting related issuesIdentify and implement process improvements, embracing our continuous improvement cultureAssist with quarterly reviews and annual audits conducted by external auditorsManage and motivate accounting team, guide the team in their career buildingQualification: Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting.Qualified CPA/ACCA.Experience & Competencies:10 years experience either in Big4 or in property development/hospitality industry.Strong leadership with associate performance management experience, analytical ability & interpersonal skills.Strong technical accounting skills.Ability to work with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and confidence; work cordially with others.Demonstrated stress tolerance to work in a fast-paced work environment with definitive timelines.
