Functional Consultant / Implementation Consultant for Warehouse Jobs in Fujairah 2022 | Sana Commerce Job Description

The Deployment Consultant will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective setup and implementation of the Company solution for our new mid-market clients. Ensure all client deliverables are fulfilled as part of an Implementation team.

Qualifications:
  • Delivery of the appropriate Company solution as part of the implementation process customizing Company Solutions to meet Client needs allowing the delivery of a solution that works effectively for each customer producing value and optimizing development possibilities
  • Inform customers about the value they can get from client tools and consultations, such as enablement, communications, change management, and technical guidance.
  • Maintaining WBSs and a well-planned project schedule ensures that the project is completed on time and to specification.
  • Organize and lead Client User Testing, record and monitor test results, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly, and verify that the setup is proper based on business and technical requirements.
  • Gives weekly status reports to project stakeholders about what has been done, what is planned for the next week, and any problems that need management and stakeholder attention. This keeps everyone in the loop.
  • Recognize and assist consumers who aren’t utilizing the service sufficiently.
  • Input from stakeholders is required to define the scope of software projects and determine the sorts of testing and maintenance required.
  • Work by SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) from both within and outside the company has the goal of having an influence on many other processes and systems.
  • Planning and attempting to control the implementation process is very important because it lets the customer know when each stage is expected to be done.
  • Make that new workflows, scripts, or solutions are tested before they are implemented. Ensure effective completion of more sophisticated account settings by providing project management as needed.
Skills:
  • Business or related bachelor’s degrees are encouraged, but not required.
  • Accepts great responsibility for the success of the project and demonstrates an excellent capacity to help others in the fulfillment of tasks via knowledge sharing. Requires little supervision from a manager with a more senior level of responsibility.
  • Includes ensuring that the configuration meets business and technical requirements, including but not limited to: end-to-end configuration testing, coordination and leadership of user testing, documenting and tracking of test results, and ensuring that problems are rapidly rectified.
  • Develops alternative technical or business solutions in collaboration with functional and technical subject matter experts (both internal and external). Gives advice on possibilities, risks, costs vs. benefits, and effects on other business processes and system priorities.
  • 5 or more years of experience in a related field, such as implementation, onboarding, project management, customer success, relationship building, or change management.
