Adjunct Clinical Faculty in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Adjunct Clinical Faculty in Oral Maxillofacial SurgeryGraduate with a MSc. /Ph.D. from a reputable university5 years’ experience with master degree in the field.Experience in dental clinical teachingActive MOH license if the duty is in the clinics.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Supporting the mission, goals, policies, and activities of the institution.Teaching and training of students and interns within the practical sessions (Clinics and labs) at the institution and in its affiliated hospitals and health facilities.Consulting or engaging in academic activities that enhance scholarship and professionalism within the institution.Adjunct clinical lecturers are expected to help in demonstrations and to provide the course instructor with support in their clinical training and academic activities.Organize and manage instructional resources, course outline, and community networksEnsure a respectful and culturally sensitive learning environment in all college-focused activitiesMotivate and inspire confidence in others (students and colleagues) to overcome limitations to personal growth and successActively seek out methods, procedures, and resources to best achieve course and lesson objectives in the practical part of the coursesMaintain relationships with students that are conducive to learningPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingFamiliarity with the “Credit Hour” academic systemAbility to supervise student work.Ability to work effectively with diverse team members Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
