Senior HR Generalist @ Viola Communications | MBA, Human Resources DevelopmentViola is hiring for an experienced Integrated Client Services Director with expertise of developing winning integrated marketing campaigns, top tier creative thinking and storytelling tools for major brands.Key Responsibilities:Identify, create and develop commercial opportunities with new and existing clients to grow our portfolio of clients across public and private sectors including major group holding companies.Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and strategic solutions that meet clients' objectives and exceed their expectations.Lead the development and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and broadcast.Obtain client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement.Meticulously run day-to-day operations of the team’s output and troubleshooting problems and issues.Track performance reporting to ensure team accountability and service quality.Lead pitches to prospective clients and grow agency top-line revenue.Qualifications and Skills:Due to the nature of clients, we prefer Arabic speaking candidates.Minimum 10 years experience preferably with a multinational agency with exposure to an integrated campaigns.Experience in costing / financials while responding to RFPs is mandatory.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Excellent communication and 'people skills'Good planning and organizational skillsAt Viola Communications, we pride ourselves on serving clients from diverse backgrounds and with a vast range of experiences.
