Location: United Arab Emirates QualificationFemaleAge 25-35 years oldPhysical Therapist / Physiotherapist graduate with DHA & MOH LicenseWith Elderly care experiencePhysically fitWith good communication skills (English)Nationality: FilipinoPatient Care & AssessmentConduct assessments to evaluate patients’ range of movement and ability to carry out everyday tasks.Plan and develop treatment plans, which help patients to regain their independence and mobility by using purposeful activity.Resolve patients’ problems and fulfilling their requirements by applying multifaceted team strategy.Improve patients’ strength, stamina, balance and exercise tolerance through therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, heat therapy and joint manipulation.Interact with the healthcare team to maintain harmonious relationships.Attend educational workshops/ trainings to enhance professional and technical knowledge.Recommend drugs and other forms of treatment, like inhalation therapy, physical therapy, etc.Comply with patients’ confidentiality and rights guidelines.Communicate and listen to patients.Knows the patient’s history (medical and social) and regularly updated on the daily condition of the patient.Ensure patients privacy & confidentiality during assessment.Inform the patient of his/her rights & responsibilities.Inform the family of their rights & responsibilities.DocumentationDaily filling-up of medical notes.Document treatment plans and procedures.Complete all relevant forms.Equipment ManagementEnsure safe handling of all equipment.Report equipment issues to managementAble to perform maintenance on the given equipment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
