What We’reLooking For
A proven track record of Executive Assistant Experience in a LuxuryHotel environment in the UAE with a solid understanding of Public Relations.
Exceptional Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills with a Strongability to manage Multiple projects and meet Deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strongverbal, listening and written skills to engage effectively with FIVE TribeMembers, media contacts, and stakeholders.
A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuringevery aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
Strong understanding of Industry Regulations is beneficial.
Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, whilepossessing an exceptional knowledge of all Social Media Platforms.
'FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, whiletaking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluencyin English (Additional languages are a Plus).
A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do’ Spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Spearheads and manages all Administrative Duties related to securingNext-Level press and influencer visits across all Destinations.
Executes all Public Relations activities with a 'FIVE-Styled' flair,maintaining FIVE’s signature Elegant Style.
Curates Sensational press coverage and Meticulously maintains records ofmedia clippings, adhering to Rigorous record-keeping processes.
Drafts and distributes Weekly Press Alerts to keep FIVE Tribe Membersinformed of remarkable Media Highlights.
Supports with the efficient distribution of Press Releases to targetedmedia, media agencies, and other contacts.
Assists in organising the Public Relations server by regularlyDownloading and Storing documents shared by Internal and External stakeholders.
Maintains a Master List of media coverage secured by the in-house PublicRelations team and external Public Relations agencies.
Collaborates with various FIVE Tribe members to curate banks ofMedia-Friendly imagery.
Maintains a Comprehensive and Updated list of local and internationalmedia contacts, influencers, bloggers, and other partners to facilitate FIVE’sDisruptive Public Relations efforts.
Coordinates with agency partners and Maintains records of all daily,weekly, monthly and annual reports.
Provides Enthusiastic and Efficient support to the Head of Departmentwith various administrative duties and reporting.
Works closely with the Heads of Department and other departments toFulfil administrative requests, including finalising contracts, invoicing,complimentary forms, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless task completion.
Supports FIVE’s in-house Public Relations Team and fosters Consistencyin both Internal and External communication across departments.
Regularly updates the Head of Department on all operational Achievementsand Key Issues, ensuring Transparent communication and alignment with FIVE’sgoals.
Stays informed about the latest Industry Trends, Music, and BestPractices, ensuring FIVE maintains its Leading position in the industry.
Actively implements Departmental Strategies and Action Plans inalignment with the wider organisational strategy.
Assists the Director of Public Relations in day-to-dayAdministrative Tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments,managing calendars, and organising meetings.
Coordinates Exceptional Travel Arrangements and Accommodations for theDirector as required.
Prepares and Edits correspondence, communications, presentations, andother documents on behalf of the Director.
Maintains and organise files, records, and documents in both physicaland digital formats to ensure Sensational Record-Keeping.
Serves as a Point of Contact between the Director and internal/externalStakeholders, demonstrating Professionalism and Discretion in all interactions.
Conducts Exquisite research, compiles data, and generates reports asneeded to support the Director's Award-Winning Initiatives and Projects.
