Responsibilities:

  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting for the establishment materials and equipment.
  • Research and identify prospective suppliers.
  • Meeting suppliers, preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
  • Prepares procurement documents (i.e., Contracts, Amendments, Renewals, agreements, etc.)
  • Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate procurement records.
  • Ensure the establishment procurement needs, and cycle are covered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Complying with the establishment policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.


:Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • + 4 years of experience
