Senior Commissioning Engineer

Preferably possess a degree (or equivalent) in either Instrumentation, Telecommunications engineering.12+ years of Experience in Commissioning execution, particularly in Telecommunication discipline projects.Have pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up experience as a senior commissioning engineer on at least 2 major EPC projects in the Oil &Gas industry.Thorough understanding of the EPCI Project with good knowledge of Engineering and Construction activitiesScheduling knowledge.Demonstrates a broad technical knowledge of construction and system completion activities.Knowledge of Completions Management Systems ( PIMS, ICAPS, Winpcs, Co Console)Able to effectively communicate technical solutions and concepts to other engineers and non-engineers.Must have strong English communications skills, both oral and written.Must have excellent computer software skills in MS Office suite as a minimum.Must have good Presentation skills for meetings with Engineering, Project Management and Client.Must have excellent organizational skills and be adaptable to various needs of various discipline groups.Excellent commercial and technical acumen.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate capability to take full ownership and be accountable for the success of his role.Proactively identify concerns and issues ahead of time.Knowledge of lessons learned non-compliance reports and root cause analysis reports.Extremely strong time management and priority management skills.
