Requirements

• Should have a degree of BBA or MBA in HRM
• Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the HR Department of a software house.
• Confident Individual with good communication and people management skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Must be experienced in hiring software engineers of different tech stacks.
• Must have good people management skills and ability to deal effectively with employee grievances.
• Must have experience of handling HR Operations and Employee Engagement activities.

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
