The Role:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Development- Assistant Manager to join our prestigious client in Dubai.The purpose of the Talent Acquisition & Development- Assistant Manager is to support the global talent acquisition strategy and processes, to source for senior roles and provide guidance to the HR community.The candidate will also be responsible for supporting talent development initiatives such as performance reviews and goal setting to ensure the organization drives talent initiatives to support career growth of the employees.This is initially a contract of 3 months with the opportunity to make this into a permanent position based on performance.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment cycle, encompassing job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.Schedule interviews, arrange travel, and communicate with candidates efficiently.Employ diverse sourcing strategies, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to find and attract qualified candidates.Develop and maintain a pool of potential candidates for present and future job openings.Evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications.Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Strengthen the employer brand through social media, recruitment events, and other branding efforts.Foster and manage relationships with key hotel schools for recruiting graduates and interns.Support the HR team across the organization by providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies and processes and offering additional support as needed.Create reports and metrics to measure the success of recruitment strategies.Serve as the system expert for talent development initiatives, including performance reviews, talent assessments, goal setting, and individual development plans.Assist with the implementation and oversight of talent development programs.Generate regular reports on talent development initiatives to ensure they are completed on time.Contribute to various key initiatives within the talent, learning, and culture department.Knowledge, Skills & Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.Must have experience in the hospitality industry.Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role.Experienced in hiring for senior-level positions.Familiarity with key HR frameworks, including talent management and acquisition.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesAvailability:We are looking for candidates who are available immediately and can work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
