POSITION BRIEFThis individual will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to RPG clients and reports directly to the RPG Vice President Permits. This individual will be a direct point of contact and have direct responsibility and accountability for processing and managing new permits within an assigned geographic territory. This individual is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the management of their assigned territory in a manner that is consistent with the client’s goals and RPG processes.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESManage and be the direct point of contact for a portfolio of client owned real estate within an assigned geographic territory:Effectively manage the transaction activity process related to new permitsUpdate and maintain the information related to your projects in the transaction databasesMaintain ongoing communication with client via written/verbal updates and reports in a timely mannerAnalyze and manage client’s portfolio in a proactive manner by proposing transactions that will assure maximum value-added results for the clientServe as information resource – conduct research, compile data, process inquiries, review plan sheets and insurance documents as necessaryPerform other related duties as assignedConsistently provide the highest quality service to Rail Practice Group clients and customersDevelop and maintain positive relationships with client’s internal departmentsServe as a mentor and provide constructive feedback to and learn from other RPG team members.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years real estate experience, preferably with some direct transaction backgroundStrong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skillsAbility to work independently, multi-task, manage time proficientlyCritical thinking and attention to detailComfortable reviewing real estate agreements and interpreting languageTechnical skills for efficient use of communication with client and customersThorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharepointKnowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign is a plusBenefits:Our benefits are a good reason to come to JLL.We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people in our industry, and then empowering them with the resources and support to enhance their health, financial and personal well-being.
