seamless workflows that simultaneously prioritize best clinical practice and patient experienceDevelopment of patient clinical administrative and operational workflows.Preparation of the building infrastructure and equipment to safely open the hospital on day 1Expert leadership in developing governance structure organizational structure workforce planning job descriptions and recruitment.Development of evidencebased policies procedures and standard operating proceduresLead on operational readiness activities such as department set up and scenario testing /dry runs to ensure departments can open safe.RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate would have the following perquisites:Healthcare Related Master
s degreeA minimum of five years of Rehabilitation center operations experience is required.Certification as a Nurse requiredMust be able to lead a team and maintain maximum effectiveness and efficiencyPrior experience in hospital management including outpatient and inpatient services participation on a multidisciplinary team and coordination of postacute services for a chronic disease population is desirable.Should have experience working in a Rehab Center if possible.WORK LOCATION
