We are looking for individuals with the above qualities who aim to become great professionals and will not settle for averageResponsibilities:
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.Processing all customer purchases accordingly.Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
Prospecting customers (existing or new) via hot, warm or cold calls to service existing or new requirements.Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are answered in a professional and timely manner.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.Generate new business opportunities through referrals and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.An aptitude to sell, be adaptable, and be accountableAn aggressive go-getter who knows how to communicate and convince potential customersExperienced & knowledgeable with photocopiers & printers sales or IT products is a bonus
