  • The HR Consultant will be tasked with developing S+ HC policy, compensation, and governance programs.
  • Enable BMS to better respond & adapt to industry / technology advancements, through reviewing the existing processes and controls and recommending enhancements.
  • Design and implement people initiatives.
  • Develop forecasting models.
  • Develop and implement internal controls as necessary to facilitate regulatory compliance.
  • Provide expertise and advise on all reward-related programs, policies and legislation.
  • Reviews national, regional and local compensation surveys and propose adjustments for S+
  • Develop Job Descriptions
