For more information please visit ewec.ae.Senior Corporate Finance Specialist | EWEC Abu Dhabi | Apply NowJob SummaryThe Senior Corporate Finance Specialist is responsible for managing the drafting and execution of EWEC’s financial policy, offering necessary resilience on liquidity management, maximising the EBITDA to free cash flow conversion. Supporting M&A and investments activities, managing financial risks and treasury operations and conducting EWEC’s strategic, operational and financial activities to ensure timely and accurate financial management and control.In addition, this role is responsible for reviewing and challenging the annual budgetary process, and preparation of strategic financial plans.This role is responsible for maintaining relationships with external financial intermediaries such as banks, ratings agencies, and funds.The Senior Corporate Finance Specialist is responsible for developing the cost of capital framework, performing various analyses and developing detailed feasibility studies, and due diligence for potential investments to support the organisation’s senior management in making strategic decisions with expertise in corporate finance and investments appraisal.Key Responsibilities:Treasury OperationsMaintain treasury policies and procedures to oversee the organisation’s treasury operationsManage Banking relationship and conduct a periodic review of banking needs.Liquidity and Cash ManagementRegularly conduct liquidity assessment and propose suitable revisions to liquidity policy in line with changing business needsMonitor cash and liquidity including daily cash position, banking transaction services, and short-term funding or investment requirementsWorking Capital ManagementConduct a regular review of overall working capital needs and work closely with business teams to optimise overall working capital needsCorporate FinanceContribute to the formulation of EWEC’s financial strategy, objectives and annual plans, budgets and policies taking into account EWEC’s vision, strategy and priority projects and initiativesAssist in developing adequate policies, processes, approaches, and tools for financial management to maintain efficient operational excellence in order to achieve EWEC’s overall strategic objectivesFinancial Planning and AnalysisLead the Cash Forecast during Business Plan and forecasting periods, liaise with various stakeholders in ensuring working capital assumptions captured accurately, reconcile cash with P&L, identify financial risks and propose solutionsContribute towards ensuring that all relative reports are prepared timely and accurately, as per department requirements, policies and standards – includes all management, Board, Shareholder and Regulatory reportingSupport on analysis of cash movements with comparisons to budget and forecastsKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related fieldProfessional Finance or Accounting Certificate – CA, CFA, ACT or CTP4-8 years’ experience within a high functioning Treasury or Corporate Finance team within a leading MNCEnergy/Utility Sector experience preferred.Don’t miss out on thisn’t m exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
