Conduct scoping and feasibility reviews for instrumentation and control systems, focusing on safety and reliability.Review and evaluate designs for DCS, SCADA, and PLC systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.Provide technical expertise during design reviews, offering recommendations for optimization and improvement.Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate instrumentation and control systems with other project components and ensure seamless operation.Supervise construction activities, including the installation, commissioning, and testing of instrumentation and control systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.Conduct periodic site inspections, coordinate with contractors, and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.Participate in project meetings to monitor progress, address construction-related challenges, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Around 10 years of experience in instrument and control engineering, with a focus on scoping, design review, and construction supervision.Proficiency in DCS and SCADA systems, with experience in Rockwell and Siemens platforms.Strong understanding of process control principles and techniques.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Professional engineering license preferred.
