We accompany them from first contact until final delivery and beyond.OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Social Media & Community Manager to strategize, build from the ground up and be end responsible for all aspects of our social media channels, community building and its metrics. The end goal is to have a steady stream of consistent content which increases our follower base and engages with our community as well as establishing direct contacts with the wider crypto communityThe opportunity/challenge: our current socials are a blank slate, so an out of the box, ‘get things done’ and results-driven attitude is necessary to drive adoption of our online solutions. You will report to the marketing lead.Responsibilities· Strategize and create a roll-out plan (monthly and quarterly) for a phased social and community build approach with focus on primary and secondary priorities/channels· Create content pillars that include top topicals, recurring thematic, ad-hocs that are used to drive our social and community messaging· Create a tone of voice guideline for channels separately· Ensure all materials going out are on brand and on voice· Set up all social media channels, including descriptions, logos, banners. Build out our community channels· Create branded designs to be reused on socials· Write, prepare, and get approval for weekly social content in a structured manner· Keep up to date with any developments in the market that are relevant to SeedHunter and leverage those on our own socials· Build not only the SeedHunter brand but also thought leadership on topics relevant to us;· Explore creative avenues for co-marketing campaigns or events (such as AMAs) to increase our base;· Ongoing monitoring our social media channels for sentiment changes and manage comments and respond appropriately;· Report on progress based on key metrics in a structured way to the marketing lead and wider management team;Qualifications· 3+ years as social media & community manager· 1+ year related web3 marketing experience or strong personal interest in the space also considered· Effective communication skills, close to or perfect English, both written and oral· Strategic and hands-on: you create plans, present/get approval from management but also execute them and stay flexible with shifting timelines and priorities when needed· Experience developing and implementing different successful marketing strategies in different channels (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, TikTok & YouTube)· Team lead experience preferred or at the minimum managing a small team of remote community moderators.· Broader digital marketing experience: being able to understand other pillars of our marketing strategy (e-mail, content, paid, analytics) and seeing how socials and community fit within that concept· Experience-creating personas, tone of voice and communication approach: we must connect with projects, influencers, and individuals. This means understanding their needs/wants, how tone of voice and message might differ and what the best way is to connect and engage with them· Results-driven, loves data and knows how to present metrics in an understandable and actionable fashion. You know about tracking, how it impacts the end results all the way to our P&L, and testing and measuring (creative) hypotheses comes natural to you.· Ability to work well with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.· Easy going about remote working with stakeholders all around the world.· Experience with tools such as HootSuite, Gleam, Mention,…· Experience creating/changing templates in tools such as Canva; if you can create these from scratch even better· Nice to have: video or animation skillsSkills· Social Media Marketing· Community Management· Nice to have: DesignAdditional Information· Remote Work with time Zone: MEA or EU· Full TimeLet´s change the world and help make web3 safe, secure, and scalable.
