Our belief in treating others as we wish to be treated drives everything we do, making each interaction, stay, or discovery with Four Seasons an unforgettable experience.Location: Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, situated on the vibrant Al Maryah Island, welcomes guests with breathtaking views and upscale amenities.About the role: People and Culture Administrative AssistantWhat you will do:Main Duties/Description:Answer telephones, take messages, and maintain department correspondence.Proficient in typing to handle computer-based correspondence and documentation.Proofread all correspondence before submission to the manager.Learn and assist in maintaining computer systems.Process mass correspondence and special mailings.Maintain employee files and ensure timely information transfer to relevant departments.Maintain a friendly, caring, and helpful attitude with clients and hotel personnel.Assist employees in the absence of key department personnel.Manage People and Culture Team’s email when required.Assist in report preparation as requested.Purchase supplies and collateral through proper procedures.Attend scheduled meetings.Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.Ensure punctuality and follow payroll procedures.Standard Duties:Provide friendly and professional service exceeding employees’ expectations.Adhere to hotel rules and regulations, especially regarding Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.Undertake other duties within the overall scope of the position.Report for duty punctually, maintain high personal appearance standards.Comply with local legislation.Assist with new hires’ paperwork, medical appointments, visa renewals, and medical insurance.Maintain employment files and other records.Ensure cleanliness of designated areas.Maintain good working relationships and respond to changes dictated by industry needs.Be flexible and extend duties as required.Participate in salary surveys and wellness programs.Build and maintain employee confidence and credibility.Demonstrate competence with People & Culture information systems.Roles and Responsibilities from OHSAD:Understand and comply with OSH policy, procedures, and instructions.Report hazards and unsafe conditions.Report OSH incidents and near misses.Do not interfere with provided equipment.Participate in OSH planning.Handle hazardous materials responsibly.Attend OSH training.Keep tools and equipment in good condition.Follow safety instructions and warning signs.Be aware of OSH risks and perform work safely.What you bring:Minimum of 1+ years of People & Culture experience in hotel operations.Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.What we offer:Competitive Salary and comprehensive benefits package.Excellent Training and Development opportunities.Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms.Complimentary Employee Meals, and moreJoin Four Seasons and become part of a team committed to creating lasting impressions and connections that enrich lives.Address: ISLAND – Abu Dhabi Global Market St-Second – Al Maryah Island – Abu Dhabi Global Market Square – Abu Dhabi – United Arab EmiratesTiming: Monday to Sunday ( 24 Hours Open )
