Leadership – sets team goals, trains new recruiters, and provides team mentoring, coaching, and development.Strategy – looks at metrics and data to identify patterns and uses this to develop creative, out-of-the-box strategies to improve team productivity metrics.Team productivity – reviews key metrics such as openings, aging, fills, and time to fill and adjusts resources as needed.Executive Recruiting – Manages the Executive Recruiting process for a reduced Requisition load of 5-7 openings.Relationships – Works to build strong relationships with key executives in the areas they support and ensures that they are seen as an extension of their leadership team by attending key leadership meetings and reporting out results at Monthly Operation Reviews.
