We employ more than 10,000 people, making us one of the largest construction companies in the region with an extensive track record in large-scale projects including power stations, reservoirs, hotels, airport infrastructure, and port development. Dutco Construction is looking to recruit experienced Senior Engineers to work on Building projects (Building Road and Infrastructure experience), across Residential/Villas and Retail Sectors. Projects are valued between AED 300m to 800m.DutiesWe require experienced Senior Engineers who have worked on similarly valued Projects for Tier 1 / Tier 2 Main Contractors. Duties will include:
Produce and/or develop necessary drawings as per design briefsManage a section of site operationsOverall knowledge of construction activities and permanent worksConduct internal technical meetingsCost control, awareness, measures, and productivity/monitor and report construction productivityLead a team of site engineersProject resources planning/short-term programsIdentify and deliver tasks in a timely and effective mannerManage design consultantsManage and control all site engineering functionsPreparation of bar bending schedulesConstruction methods rebar, formwork, concreteDeal with project managers/consultantsManagement of construction/shop drawingsTemporary works design and implementation
Desired Candidate ProfileUAE/MOFA Attested Diploma/Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related fields. Minimum 2 to 5 years of work experience in Building, preferably from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Contracting Company. DM approved engineer required with building experience. Projects worked on as Senior Engineer should be in excess of AED 300m, managing significantly large packages and scope of works.Please note, due to the higher number of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
