Adhere to Bombardier's Maintenance Organization Procedures, including relevant parts of the MOE, applicable work instructions, environmental, and safety measures.Determine priority items for timely handling, such as processing AOG items first.Receive and visually inspect all incoming and outgoing materials for physical damage and appropriate documentation, including electrostatic-sensitive components.Inspect and identify received tools and equipment, and enter tooling in the program.Ensure rejected tools and parts are quarantined and labeled. Accept aircraft components and materials in accordance with SAP standards.Properly file material certificates, store materials, and link materials to the supplier source.Issue approved parts, materials, special tooling, and ground support equipment to the maintenance department with appropriate documentation.Maintain accurate inventory using computerized/manual systems, conduct cycle counts, and ensure materials are removed before expiration.Prepare picked items before aircraft input and issuance to the Project Responsible/Certifying Staff upon arrival.Monitor special tooling for calibration, inventory levels of consumables, and ensure good housekeeping practices in stores.Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in logistics/material management, ideally in the aviation industry.Basic knowledge of aircraft parts and terminology.Previous experience with SAP (desirable).Hold a valid driver's license.
