Work with Shared Services to collate data on Training, Recruitment, Promotions, Covid cases, etcIndependently Manage and analyze the employee-related data for reviews, all employee communication, etcCreate an automated tool for creating dashboardsSupport HR Director in making presentations for All employees, OBRs, and Business reviewsTracking process completion for all SYSS and D&I employees – like PMP, Ethics, mandatory trainingLead and manage Engagement and Recreational activities – come up with new innovative ideasHCM cleaning of information – update HC report and liaison with shared servicesRegular update of the communication calendarSchedule and manage HR Connect sessions
Requirements:
Certification in human resources, management or similar.Proven experience in an HR role.Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
