Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Support Consultant to join our team at (Company Name), an international financial consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional client service and support to our diverse clientele across various financial sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to resolving client inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.

2. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding financial products, services, and account information.

3. Provide guidance and assistance to clients on navigating our platform, accessing resources, and troubleshooting technical issues.

4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to address client needs and concerns.

5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions, using our CRM system.

6. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support initiatives.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and company updates to effectively address client inquiries and provide relevant information.

8. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and client support skills.

The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require client support, consultant, team, company, international, consulting, providing, client, service, support, financial products, communication skills, primary, phone, email, communication, assistance, troubleshooting, technical, internal, sales, product development, operations, client satisfaction, development, product mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 5k to 20k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
