Responsibilities
Support strategic priorities aligned with company direction and market merchandising framework.Assist in building range plans and assortment plans for new store openings.Analyze best sellers, worst sellers, stock cover, and reactivity, providing recommendations.Manage merchandise flow and fulfillment deadlines.Specialize in merchandising systems and adapt to new tools.Utilize pre-season and in-season planning to maintain sufficient stock levels.Provide in-depth analysis to support buying decisions.Lead merchandise launch plans for factory outlets.
