Liveis the only regional source of news and information on social media and influencer marketing.RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESKey responsibilities include conceptualizing and organizing the monthly content calendar for YouTube channel including 4 original episodes (approx. 7 minutes per episode), execute the content strategy including the Arabic translation required for gaming content, creation of Monthly YouTube channel reports, liaise with gaming influencers (with support from ITP Live team in Dubai) and develop the YouTube presenter s narrative while managing stakeholders expectations.The Account Manager will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:Activities & DeliveryManaging and executing daily/weekly and monthly content schedulesUploading all videos to its client s YouTube accounts (Thumbnail, Description, tags etc..)Ensuring all content is optimized for YouTube s algorithm and meets local and legal guidelines; monitoring YouTube Analytics on a regular basis and preparing monthly and quarterly reports to be shared with management and clientsStaying up to date with social media trends through weekly online research, especially YouTube and ensure best practices are applied to the contentMaking sure clients KPIs are achievedTranslation of content where applicableCreating, producing, and executing compelling video content ideas with the support of our in-house production teamManaging the narrative and scripting of the original contentDeveloping the narrative of the presenter of the original contentCoordination & CommunicationLiaising with stakeholders on a daily basisWorking closely with the video editing team to ensure on time publishingWork with the line manager and producers to ensure content reflects ITP Originals overall editorial strategy by meeting brand guidelinesWork with editorial team to populate an editorial calendar to keep it currentIdentifying commercial and audience opportunities within it and communicating them to other teamsSupport the department in the overall production of brand products across all platformsLiaising with the gaming influencers for the original content (supported by ITP Live talent team)Liaising with SEO and digital teams for optimum resultsLiaising with the agency on the paid social campaign for YouTubeLiaising with the community managerHands on experience with social media & YouTube managementAbility to interpret website trafficKnowledge of online gaming marketingAdministration and ReportingMonitor all trends happening in the industry and report back to teamExtract & analyse monthly reports using the dedicated template for the YouTube channelWork on campaign reports to analyse the overall performanceExperience2-3 years of experience in the content development space in Arabic language and experience of liaising with clientsPrevious experience with managing accounts of a similar roleBackground in the gaming industryBeing an ITP employee is an opportunity to be part of the largest content creation house in the region and provides the luxury of working with global brands and experienced industry leaders.
