Human Resources Assistant Jobs In Dubai | Arab Emirates CareersHR Assistant Job DescriptionWe are looking to employ an HR assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling, and precise in the recruitment process.We are looking to hire a well-organized individual to become part of our team as an HR Assistant. The HR Assistant plays a important role in supporting the HR department by handling various administrative tasks and functions. HR Assistant Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.Maintain calendars of the HR management team.Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.Assist with performance management procedures.Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.Coordinate training sessions and seminars.Perform orientations and update records of new staff.Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.Maintain and update the employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication with candidates.Prepare and distribute HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and company policies.Address employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR personnel as needed.Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure completion of required paperwork.Assist in the exit process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.Support benefits enrollment processes, including health insurance and retirement plans.

HR Assistant Job DescriptionRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).2 years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).Exposure to labor law and employment equity regulations.Effective HR administration and people management skills.Exposure to payroll practices.Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.Fantastic organizational and time management skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to accurately follow instructions.High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.Prior administrative or HR-related experience is beneficial.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.Attention to detail and high discretion when handling confidential information.
